From the ER Frontlines to Your Front Door

We're Not a Tech Company Playing Doctor. We're Medical Professionals Who Believe in Better, More Human Care.

NextDrip wasn’t conceived in a boardroom. It was born from a simple, recurring observation on the frontlines of Los Angeles’s most demanding emergency rooms. Our founder, Shawn RN, spent over a decade as a registered nurse in the high-pressure environments of LA’s top medical centers. Day after day, he saw the undeniable power of IV hydration and nutrient therapy to rapidly stabilize and revitalize patients.

He also saw a frustrating pattern. Countless people would come to the ER suffering from debilitating conditions like severe dehydration, migraines, and the aftermath of food poisoning—ailments that, while serious, could often have been managed far more effectively and comfortably outside the hospital walls. They waited for hours, surrounded by the stress and chaos of the ER, all for a treatment that is fundamentally simple and safe when administered by a professional.
Shawn knew there had to be a better way. He decided to take the proven effectiveness of IV therapy out of the hospital setting and deliver it with a personal, compassionate touch to the homes and offices of his fellow Angelenos.

That question sparked a mission. He set out to build a different kind of health service—one founded on deep medical expertise, unwavering ethical standards, and a genuine, human-to-human connection. He created NextDrip to provide accessible, physician-directed wellness solutions administered by the most qualified professionals in the field: experienced registered nurses.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Practice

1. Is at-home IV therapy actually safe?

Yes. When administered by a qualified registered nurse following proper medical protocols like those at NextDrip, it is extremely safe. Our strict safety standards, sterile equipment, and ER-trained nurses make the experience as safe as it would be in a clinical setting, but far more comfortable.

Absolutely not. Every single one of our treatments is administered by a Registered Nurse (RN) with years of hospital experience, primarily in emergency and critical care settings. We do not use paramedics or EMTs; we believe the skill level of an RN is essential for this type of care.

You are not alone. Our nurses are exceptionally skilled and patient. They will take the time to make you comfortable, find the best vein, and use techniques to make the insertion as quick and minimally noticeable as possible. Your comfort is their priority.

Every new client completes a confidential digital intake form that covers their medical history, allergies, and current health status. This is reviewed by our nursing team and Dr. Saswatha Anireddy to ensure you are a good candidate for IV therapy and to identify any potential contraindications.

Yes. While our protocols like IMMUNITY or BEAUTY are formulated for specific goals, our nurses can discuss potential add-ons based on your consultation. We can tailor a treatment to your specific needs.
All our IV solutions and vitamins are sourced from reputable, FDA-regulated 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies in the United States. We use the same high-quality suppliers that hospitals and clinics trust.
